Meeting Location
The BCARA General Meetings are held at CHRIST COMMUNITY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH located at 205 Duffy Road, Butler PA, 16001, on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 P.M. W3UDX Weather Station
The weather station has been installed and the weather reports can be heard at fifteen minutes past the hour on the W3UDX repeater, 147.36/96. The repeater committee has chosen not to install the rain gauge at this time. The station will tell you the high and low temperatures of the day, the wind velocity and direction, and soon it will also be able to indicate the rainfall from the past 24 hour period and the interior temperature of the repeater shack.
Chaplain's Request

Help make our meetings more interesting!
We are looking for ideas for presentations and projects at our club meetings. If you have a particular interest or experience that might be interesting to the membership, we need you! If it's interesting to you, it will be interesting to the club! You don't need a Ph.D. in electrical engineering, an Extra license and 50 years experience in Ham Radio. You got over mike fright and/or key fright, so you know that you can get over stage fright. Tell us how you got interested, how you got started, and dumb things you did along the way. Tell us about your station and what Ham Radio means to you.
